Original Papercut by Judy Hartman
I was working on this papercut tonight while listening to old episodes of The Donna Reed Show on Hulu.com.
As I sat out on my porch with windows open and a cool breeze coming through, I couldn't help but drink in the
peacefulness of the evening and the innocence of the 1950's situation comedy.
The simplicity of thepaper roses
seemed fitting for the mood
of the evening.
These are lovely paper roses.
ReplyDeleteThanks for such a tranquil picture of life. Those paper roses aren't so bad either!
ReplyDeleteThose are very intricate roses Judy. I can imagine how much effort it must have taken. The pink background works so well against the black.
ReplyDeleteHi Judy,
ReplyDeleteI haven't stopped by your blog for a long time but just wanted to say that I'm glad I did today. Your stuff is fantastic. I've been in a rut but now I feel like getting back to work. Most of my papercuts are in a 6-month show at our City Hall, so I've been doing other things. Keep up the neat work!!!
Felicia
